2010 RMFI DEVELOPMENT PLAN & GOALS
I. MISSION STATEMENT
Redemption Ministerial Fellowship International (RMFI) is a New Testament, apostolic network of ministers, churches and parachurch ministries who are in relationship for the purpose of fulfilling Apostle’s vision and their destiny.
II. 2010 GOALS
- To expand RMFI’s network of ministers, churches, and parachurch ministries by developing the growing national and international interest into committed, covenant, kingdom relationships.
- To continue to develop the RMFI national and international apostolic leadership infrastructure, with key leaders appointed and developed in each USA city/area/region, and national leaders for each nation or region of the world where RMFI is fulfilling Apostle’s vision.
- To enlarge the RMFI Apostolic Council under Apostle Ron both nationally and internationally, from the above leaders, who would meet at least annually with Apostle Ron and Dr. Paul in Greenville (in conjunction with “Kingdom Momentum”), for vision-casting, relationship-building, ministry accountability/reports, and strategic planning to fulfill the national and international vision.
- To further increase the RMFI financial support base from the tithes and offerings of ministers, churches, and parachurch ministries, to fully support RMFI’ s ministries to ministers/churches, and be able to provide financial assistance for approved church plants and international mission projects.
- To host major RMFI/RWOC leadership impartation conferences in the USA including “Kingdom Momentum”, “Kingdom Advance”, “Women of Hope Conference”, “Marriage Conference”, “Youth Conference”, “Women’s Advance”, etc., with international video internet conferencing options. Annual International Leaders Conferences and ordination services will also be held in each nation where there is a significant representation of RMFI ministers and churches.
- To establish additional RMFI Regional Leadership Summits for fellowship/impartation in new areas where there is a growing concentration of RMFI ministers and churches. Long distance sites or isolated members may be covered by “live” internet video conferencing, & RWOC services on “Streaming Faith” internet.
- To set-up “live” internet video, mini-conferences from Greenville with Apostle, Dr. Paul, and guests bringing practical impartation for equipping and empowering specialized ministries such as church planters, transitioning churches at various levels (50,100,200,500,1000+), Women In Ministry, etc.
- To develop our “Minister To Minister” (M2M) mentoring and fellowship groups for men in every city/town where we have at least several RMFI ministers who meet regularly in a supportive, small group for committed covenant relationship building, mentoring, and fellowship.
- To develop a variety of new ministries for women in ministry, including: “Oasis” support groups for fellowship and mentoring; intercessory prayer groups; a women’s monthly conference call; “Women’s Advance”; counseling; and encouragement and assistance in developing their ministries, etc.
- To communicate regularly with all RMFI members through Apostle’s monthly conference call, internet video conference call, personal phone calls, “Phone Tree” messages, social networking options such as facebook, twitter, etc., daily devotionals, monthly letters from Dr. Paul, RMFI monthly newsletters, regular info-emails, faxes, birthday cards, meetings, and a new complete RMFI directory.
- To expand our all new RMFI full service website with updated RMFI information including: current newsletters, daily devotionals, calendar of events, ministry travel itineraries of the Apostles, Dr. Paul & Karyl, and RMFI staff; applications, ministry placement opportunities, M2M & Oasis opportunities, RMFI Directory, international ministry opportunities, and recommended resources, etc.
- To explore the possibilities of offering more fellowship opportunities such as an RMFI Retreat, Golf outings, Ladies Shopping Excursions, “Women’s Advance”, an RMFI Cruise, and an Israel tour.
- To investigate new options for providing RMFI ministers and churches with individual / group insurance plans, and individual / group banking services, etc.
- To utilize the new RMFI Directory and select leadership to identify specialized ministry groups within RMFI (Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, Teachers, Church Planters, Missionaries, Musicians, Writers, etc.), and facilitate networking for fellowship, relationship building, and sharing of strategic ministry ideas and resources. Long distance members could connect via internet video.
- To expand the central RMFI Ministry Placement Network and Directory that assists RMFI ministers and churches to connect available ministers with ministry needs and opportunities.
- To build RMFI ministry relationships with all RMFI ministers and churches by visits to their church/ministry, in order to provide on-site support, encouragement, counsel, equipping, leadership development, and preaching/teaching impartation.
- To resource RMFI ministers and churches through audio/video product and the development of a five-fold ministry resource center including audio and video product, recommended books, and ministry manuals, etc.
- To further develop an RMFI Restoration Ministry to see hurting ministers and their families delivered, healed, and restored to their ministry calling.
- To expand RMFI’ s New Testament Church Planting Ministry that apostolically sends and supports church planting teams into strategic locations to birth new RMFI affiliated churches, satellite video churches, and ministries. To fully establish a “Genesis Group” of successful RMFI church planters to provide conferences, coaching, and mentoring for our new church planters.
- To establish a “Renew Group” of pastors who have successfully transitioned existing churches to provide conferences, coaching, and resources for pastors revitalizing existing churches.
- To establish a “Redemption Marketplace Alliance” Network, with local groups in RMFI churches connected, resourced, and trained by RMA of RWOC.
- To explore and develop RMFI ministry network relationships with existing or new international outreach opportunities that have credible ministry value for RMFI overseas ministerial covering, credentialing, and financial support.
- To provide credible missions trips/projects for expanded involvement by RMFI ministers and churches, whose pastors and people catch a global outreach vision, minister on missions teams, and support RMFI international ministries financially.
- To build credible, cooperative, kingdom relationships between RMFI and other ministerial leaders, fellowships, denominations, colleges, and parachurch ministries.
- To launch “Redemption Leadership Development Center” as a local and on-line school, serving the ministry equipping needs of ministers, churches, and parachurch ministries in the USA and the nations.
- To expand the “RMFI Master Staffing Plan”, identifying existing and future staffing needs, and selecting the best personnel to serve the growing fellowship of ministers and ministries.
- To set up a RMFI Office Suite with multiple offices/resource center in one publicly accessible place, to enable the staff to more effectively serve the growing RMFI constituency of ministers, who regularly come from across the USA and the nations to meet with our staff in Greenville.
