Ron & Hope Carpenter are the founders and Senior Pastors of Redemption World Outreach Center in Greenville, South Carolina.
Apostle Ron is a graduate of Emmanuel College of Christian Ministries where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pastoral Ministries. He has ministered at numerous conferences across America, including Evangelism USA and many graduating lectures. With a cutting edge apostolic voice for today’s church, and wisdom beyond his 40 years, he teaches how God’s kingdom is built and has propelled many into a new mindset of apostolic government… the Bible way.
Apostle Hope received an Associate of Arts degree in Music at Emmanuel College, and went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of South Carolina. She is a full time mother of three children. As an incredible teacher and prophet of the Lord, her message of hope, deliverance, and freedom has changed women’s lives all over the southeast, which now has expanded into a newly established ministry, “Women of Hope”.
Together, Apostles Ron & Hope founded Redemption World Outreach Center in 1991 with three members and an undying heart for outreach and multi-cultural ministry. Today, God has blessed them with a flock of more than 15,000 members, and numerous spiritual sons in the ministry. They also provide spiritual covering for over 1,300+ ministers through the Redemption Ministerial Fellowship. In addition, they host the annual “Kingdom Momentum / Back-to-Acts” Camp meeting and Leadership conference held each spring at Redemption, with speakers such as Bishop T.D. Jakes, Pastor Gary Oliver, Pastor Donnie McClurkin, Bishop Joseph Garlington, Bishop Eddie Long, Dr. Cindy Trimm, Dr. Jesse Duplantis and many more.
As Apostles Ron and Hope continue to lead the Body of Christ to new levels of Pentecost and a better understanding of God’s government for His Body, their vision for RWOC remains to reach out to the lost and hurting. They, together, are known for their love and compassion for God’s people, ministering the unadulterated, uncompromising Word of God. As a result, Redemption World Outreach Center has become a model church, leading the way into the 21st century.
