OASIS Mentoring Groups For Women
Women play important roles in society today. The demands in their lives are intensified as children are pulling on their blouse, while at the same time they are multitasking in their home and ministry. Where do Women in Ministry go, and who can they share their very unique needs with in their lives? Many women’s husbands are involved in ministry and they do not want to add to the load their husbands carry. Others are the Pastors and have special needs and concerns; with whom can they share their hearts without fear of their confidentiality being exposed? This is why RMFI sees Mentoring Groups as being an answer for this growing need and concern.
RMFI is reaching out to meet a need of Women in Ministry. Many Women Pastors, Ministry Leaders, and Pastor’s Wives have no one with whom they can share. We will provide a network of ministers for support, mutual encouragement and personal spiritual growth. We will establish meaningful effective accountability lines between more mature seasoned women and younger women. We will facilitate closer bonds via increasing levels of: Honesty, Integrity, Transparency, Trust and Trustworthiness, and Lasting friendships based on common goals and personal chemistry. RMFI will help change smaller local church mentality to a larger Kingdom mentality by focusing on a common vision – talk Kingdom. We will equip with the Word of God. We will Inform, Implement, Invite, and Ignite one another to achieve excellence, exceed their present level, and encourage one another to boldly establish and take new territory for the Kingdom of God.
Our Meetings will implement growth in ones spiritual life, relationships, and Kingdom Concepts. RMFI will be working to establish and provide individual mentoring opportunities for RMFI women, as well as assist in developing mentoring groups around our nation in key cities and towns, to encourage RMFI women come together and expand their relationships with other women in ministry.

Central to the vision of RMFI and Redemption World Outreach Center has been and remains a deeply held passion for producing and cultivating enduring inter-personal relationships among Kingdom-minded people.
The need to provide such a vehicle has ultimately resulted in the formation of a ministry designed to encourage and facilitate the growth of closeness and intimacy, with integrity, between ministers who share the insight of kingdom expansion via committed relationships.
The ministry has been affectionately dubbed : Minister to Minister. It is driven by the premise that frequent, informal, friendly, relationships between ministers of the Gospel can and will provide a safe, nurturing atmosphere otherwise not normally nor easily attainable in today’s fast-paced world.
Leaning strongly on foundational truth regarding God’s covenantal faithfulness, the ministry has been meeting in small groups and progressively developing since February, 2005.
