Today Women in Ministry have tremendous opportunities and roles in advancing the Kingdom of God. Apostles Ron and Hope Carpenter and Dr. Paul Gaehring have seen the necessity for RMFI Women in Ministry, to have a woman in leadership to assist Dr. Paul and Apostle Hope, in caring for our women who have a high calling and important responsibilities in ministry who are connected to RMFI. They have appointed Pastor Karyl Gaehring to be available to lead, guide, encourage, counsel and advise the women who are involved in RMFI Ministry.
Confidentiality in ministry is important to those who have unique situations and circumstances in their lives and often need a confidant in whom they can confide and seek Godly counsel and who will pray and intercede in their behalf. Women today have the challenge in keeping their walk with God, personal life, mate, family, and church ministry, in proper balance and perspective in order to properly represent God and make a greater impact on the Kingdom of God.
Pastor Karyl Gaehring has also been appointed to:
- Be the RMFI Intecessory Prayer Coordinator for RMFI ministers, churches, and ministries, and assist churches in developing their own Intercession Ministry. Her heart for God, dedication, and devotion to God as an intercessor, as well as teaching intercession to Ladies Groups, Retreats, and Women’s Conferences throughout the years will be an added blessing to the Women of RMFI.
- Act as an liason for Apostle Hope Carpenter and RMFI women through the year and promoting Women’s Conferences, Women of Hope, etc.
- She will work to develop relationships between RMFI and RMFI women in ministry, networking relationships between RMFI women throughout the fellowship.
- She will mentor and provide individual mentoring opportunities for RMFI women. as well as assist in developing mentoring groups around our nation in key cities and towns, to encourage RMFI women come together and expand their relationships with other women in ministry.
- She will lead RMFI Regional Summit Breakout Sessions for impartation, fellowship and Q/A for women in RMFI.
- She will provide and /or arrange for personal and/or ministry counseling for RMFI women, and oversee Restoration Ministry for Women.
- Some Women in RMFI Ministry are involved, or would like to be involved in developing or expanding their ministry, placement opportunities, or in beginning their own business. Pastor Karyl started and owned her own successful business and has a true entrepreneur spirit and experience. She will be available to encourage, assist, and resource women in this area.
- Pastor Karyl Gaehring has experience in and will be available to speak to Women’s Groups, Conferences, and in RMFI Churches both nationally and internationally. She travels and assists Dr. Paul in ministry to RMFI churches on weekends nationally as well as internationally.
